Booking-site fees add up — a 14% cleaning surcharge here, a 12% guest service fee there, an extra night's rate in trust-and-safety markups. We list on Airbnb and Vrbo so guests can find us, but on this site you skip those layers.

What you'll find.
Four stays today: three Lake Hamilton cove cottages on Sam's Pizza Pub grounds at Burchwood Bay, plus Rustic Mountain in the Mt. Riante area of Hot Springs. The lake cottages put you close to swimming, fishing, hot tubs at sunset, and dinner without unparking the car, while Rustic Mountain gives guests a quieter mountain-side Hot Springs base.
Every property is fully equipped: full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, climate control, modern bedding, and the small touches (coffee station, hammock, firepit) that keep guests coming back.
Who hosts you.
The portfolio is owned by Landan Mitchell — a Hot Springs local who also runs Mountain Storage on the same lake. We respond to every inquiry personally, usually within an hour during business hours and always within a business day.
